About Dental Assistant Careers

Nobody really likes to go to the Dentist, heck most us here would rather pull our own teeth than deal with someone else’s hands in our mouth. That is where the Dental Assistant comes into play is their job to make the patient as comfortable as possible even though most times they can be in an uncomfortable situation. Some patients may only need a teeth cleaning or a whitening treatment it all depends on the patient’s needs or situation. Dental Assistants must be reliable and able to communicate effectively with others as well as having good manual endurance. Dental Assistants can also provide care in the laboratories and the office too.
